About me

My name is Terry, and I have been working out for over 20 years. From 2008-2013 I served in the Royal Marines Commandos. After completion of basic training, I was drafted to Scotland as part of the Quick Reaction Forces protecting Britain's Nuclear Deterrent. During that time I took part in a tour of duty in Iraq as a general duties marine.

After returning to the UK I retrained as a Signaller and was drafted to 42 Commando on the edge of Dartmoor national park. 

​

After another two years, I left the Royal Marines and spend the next 6 years working on building sites before retraining. I have spent the last 7 years working as a centre manager at a military preparation college and as a Personal trainer.

Former Royal Marine

The Royal Marines is synonymous with excellence. Humour and humility are so ingrained in the Royal Marines culture, so that most will play down the levels of physical prowess gained by members of the corps.

Safety

Teaching you to safely move will massively reduce your chances of injury. We will work together to perfect your squats and deadlifts. Warm ups and mobilisations will safely elevate your heart rate and prepare your joints for the workouts ahead. Rotator cuff exercises will help to give you bulletproof shoulders. Non judgemental advice about your lifestyle and overall health.
