About me
My name is Terry, and I have been working out for over 20 years. From 2008-2013 I served in the Royal Marines Commandos. After completion of basic training, I was drafted to Scotland as part of the Quick Reaction Forces protecting Britain's Nuclear Deterrent. During that time I took part in a tour of duty in Iraq as a general duties marine.

After returning to the UK I retrained as a Signaller and was drafted to 42 Commando on the edge of Dartmoor national park.
​
After another two years, I left the Royal Marines and spend the next 6 years working on building sites before retraining. I have spent the last 7 years working as a centre manager at a military preparation college and as a Personal trainer.

Warm ups and mobilisations will safely elevate your heart rate and prepare your joints for the workouts ahead. Rotator cuff exercises will help to give you bulletproof shoulders.
